I had a frustrating experience with the AC not working during a hot night. Despite notifying the staff, no immediate solution was provided, leading to an uncomfortable stay. the lack of curtains in the room made privacy an issue.

Seating area: the seating area in the room was so cozy, it felt like being wrapped in a warm hug on a chilly winter evening. I spent hours there reading a book, sipping chai, and watching the bustling city life outside.

Mould in bathroom.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location near ghats. Sturdy bunk beds with personal lockers in dormitory. Hot water available 24/7, cozy common area for socializing. Quick check-in process, great rooftop restaurant with awesome views.
